The PPK Survey Extension 2025 for Autodesk Civil 3D provides an interface for importing base and rover survey data and converting it to coordinate geometry points in a Civil 3D drawing. This extension enables importing GPS data (in RINEX format) for analysis, reporting, and converting it to Civil 3D coordinate geometry points. Once installed, users can access the Autodesk PPK Survey Extension commands via the Autodesk Civil 3D Toolbox.

As you prepare to install this extension, keep the following in mind:

Back Up Custom Files

It is recommended that you back up all custom CUIX, MNR, and MNL files before you apply this extension.

Administrative Privileges

During installation or uninstallation, you may be prompted for the original installation media or a network image. In order to apply this extension, you must have privileges to install and uninstall products.

Close the Application

It is required that you close Autodesk^® Civil 3D^® 2025 before proceeding with the installation of this extension.

Reboot

After you install, it is recommended to reboot your system even if not prompted.

About Your Product

After you install, product information is displayed in the About dialog box.

Follow these instructions to install this extension on a single computer.

1. Download the extension and save it to any folder.
2. Close all running Autodesk applications.
3. Find the folder where you saved the extension and double-click the executable (.exe) file.

This extension can be uninstalled through the Program and Features section of the Microsoft^® Windows^® Control Panel.

Follow these instructions to uninstall this extension on a single computer.

1. In the Windows "Apps and Features" menu, click on Autodesk PPK Survey 2025 for Civil 3D and choose the Uninstall option.
2. In the Autodesk PPK Survey 2025 for Civil 3D maintenance dialog box click Yes to confirm that you want to uninstall the extension.
