This Release Notes document contains the latest information
regarding the installation and use of the Hotfix. It is strongly recommended
that you read the entire document before you apply the Hotfix
to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard
drive or print a copy.
Contents
This Hotfix can be applied to Advance Steel 2026 running on all
supported operating systems and languages.
As a
result of detailed information from customers, the following were identified
and fixed:

Important: ·
Due to potential
compatibility issues introduced by .NET 10.0 in the Advance Steel 2026.0.3
Update, the corresponding AutoCAD 2026.1.2 Update must also be installed. If
other AutoCAD 2026-based products are installed on the workstation, such as
Autodesk Civil 3D or the AutoCAD Mechanical toolset, you must install the
latest available updates for those products to maintain cross-product
compatibility. ·
Advance Steel 2026 Language
Packs will not start if they are installed after the updates AutoCAD 2026.1.2
and Advance Steel 2026.0.3. The recommended installation order is: Advance
Steel 2026/Advance Steel 2026.0.1/Advance Steel 2026.0.2, Advance Steel 2026
Language Pack, AutoCAD 2026.1.2, Advance Steel 2026.0.3. |

Back Up Custom Files
It is recommended that you back up all custom CUIX, MNR, and MNL files before you apply this Hotfix.
Administrative Privileges
During installation, you will be prompted for the original installation media or a network image. To apply this Hotfix, you must have administrative privileges to install and uninstall products.
About Your Product
After you install the Hotfix, updated product information displays in the About dialog box.
Reboot
After you install this Hotfix, it is recommended to reboot your system even if not prompted.

Start Control Panel.

Click Programs.
3.
Click Programs and
Features.
4.
In the Programs and
Features window, in the left pane, click View Installed Updates.
5.
Find the appropriate
Hotfix in the list of updates, select it, and click Uninstall.
6.
Next, in the Installed
Updates window, in the left pane, click Uninstall a
program.
7.
Find the appropriate
Hotfix entry in the list of programs, select it, and click Uninstall.
