The Autodesk^® Issues Addin for Revit^® 2023 completes the loop between issue management in the Autodesk Construction Cloud^™ platform and the desktop-based Revit^® authoring application by accessing a centralized issue management system, allowing Revit^® users to visualize, resolve and update issues. It provides a seamless, closed issue management process between model coordination, design review and design authoring.

What's New in v7.0

• The Autodesk^® Issues Addin for Revit^® now supports Revit^® 2023.
• The Autodesk^® Issues Addin for Revit^® now supports creating issues on 3D views in ACC.
  Note: The view opened in Revit must be a 3D view and must be published to ACC.
• Pushpins will now be displayed for ACC issues on Drafting Views.

Resolved Issues

• Pushpins display on home screen thumbnail image when Revit^® Cloud Workshared model published.
• Reload can cause Revit^® exception under some circumstances.

Known Issues

• Issue pushpin positions may be incorrect when viewing issues on 2D views containing multiple crop regions

v7.0.1 Changes

• The Autodesk^® Issues Addin for Revit^® fails to load on some systems with specific third-party Revit^® add-ins installed.

v7.0.2 Changes

• Fixed a problem affecting the pushpin position for Issues created in Revit when the model is displayed in ACC views with additional models.
• Fixed a problem where the Create Issue button was incorrectly disabled under some circumstances.

As you prepare to install this add-in, keep the following in mind:

Prerequisites

Ensure that .NET 8 Desktop Runtime is installed on your system.

Close the Application

It is required that you close Autodesk^® Revit^® 2023 before proceeding with the installation of this add-in.

Reboot

After you install, it is recommended to reboot your system even if not prompted.

About This Add-in

After you install, add-in information is available by clicking the Issues panel Information button.

Follow these instructions to install this add-in on a single computer.

1. Download the add-in and save it to any folder.
2. Close all running Autodesk applications.
3. Find the folder where you saved the add-in and double-click the executable (.msi) file.

1. Download this add-in and save it to any shared folder on your local network.
2. Close all running Autodesk applications.
3. Find the shared folder where you saved the add-in, and double-click the executable (.msi) file.

This add-in can be uninstalled through the Program and Features section of the Microsoft® Windows® Control Panel.

Follow these instructions to uninstall this add-in on a single computer.

1. In Windows Control Panel > Program and Features, click on the Autodesk^® Issues Addin for Revit^® 2023 and choose the Uninstall option.
2. When prompted click Yes to confirm that you want to uninstall the add-in.
