This update installs and updates Schneider Electric catalog data to Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2027 existing Schneider Electric catalog database.
Content includes:
- Catalog database
- Footprint lookup database
- AutoCAD Electrical 2D footprint Files
- Inventor 3D Files (If Autodesk Inventor professional 2027 is found installed)

You must have
administrative privileges on your Microsoft Windows operating system to apply this update. It is also recommended
that you reboot your system before applying this update.
- Close Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2027.
- Go to https://manage.autodesk.com/products/all
- Click view all under AutoCAD Electrical and choose the relevant version.
- Click on the Libraries tab under available downloads.
- Look for "ACADE_2027_SCHNEIDER_ELECTRIC_Content_Update_1.0" and click download
- Install the downloaded exe file.
- If Inventor 2027 is installed on the user's machine, 3D Symbol files will be installed to its default electrical content location i.e. on "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor Electrical Library 2027" location.
- This update creates a backup file of existing catalog database before appending new content in the existing database.
- This update will skip the installation of new catalog content MDB tables that have collisions in the ASSEMBLYLIST column with existing data. Users may check the log files `%TEMP%\DbMergeManager_*.log` for details.
- Launch Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical 2027 and start working with the updated Schneider Electric content.
Note: This update cannot be reverted once installed.
